How do I get started?
If you are a district employee, an account has been created for you. Click on the LOGIN button. Enter your district email address and password then click LOGIN. (If you don't remember your password, click the SEND PASSWORD button.) If you are not a district employee, click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button.

How do I view the details of a course?
Click on the COURSE REGISTRATION tab and find the course you are interested in. Click on the PDF icon in the INFO column for the course you want and the course detail report will open in a new window. Be sure to enable pop-ups in your browser if it does not open.

How do I cancel my registration for a course?
1. Click the MY RECORDS tab on the main menu.
2. Locate the course you wish to cancel in the chart on the MY COURSES tab and click on the TRASH CAN ICON to cancel your course registration.
You can only cancel your course registration prior to the course start date. If you are attempting to cancel after the start date, contact the instructor for assistance. You can click the ENVELOPE ICON in the EMAIL column to contact the course instructor via email.

Why do I have to complete a course evaluation and how do I do that?
Participant evaluation of clock hour courses is required by law (WAC 181-85-200 6a-d---In-service education approval standards). In order to provide useful information about the course and provide opportunities for timely improvement, participants are required to complete their evaluations within 30 days of course completion.

Are course evaluations anonymous?
Yes. While the system tracks whether you have completed your evaluation, it does not associate response data with users, only courses.

How do I find courses to register for and how do I register?
Go to COURSE REGISTRATION. Available courses display on the screen. You may use one of these options to locate specific courses.
1. COURSE ID: if you know the course ID, simply enter it into the ID field.
2. CALENDAR: Click a date or drag over dates to search by course start date.
3. CRITERIA SEARCH: Click into a drop down box to search by that item (Category, Instructor, Building Specific, Intended Audience, Grade Level or Course Content).
4. KEY WORD: Type a key word in the ID (course number), Start Date, Title or Location fields.
5. Find the course(s) you are interested in and click on the REGISTER button.
Click the CLEAR SEARCH button to clear search options and start a new search.
